The Louisa is an apartment building located in the brewery blocks of Portland’s Pearl District. It’s a 16-story building, with mixed use retail on the first floor.
NWESI completed FSD testing for the facilities standard inspection in compliance with NFPA 80 & 105. FSDs were cycled multiple times to confirm intended functionality, and upon completion of inspections, dampers were confirmed to be fully operational.
