Portland Public Schools: Kellogg Middle School

Kellogg Middle School opened its doors to 800 students in the fall of 2021. The new $60 million school features a cafeteria, commons area,  performance arts stage, library, media center, Career and Technical Education (CTE) room, STEAM lab, learning garden, and indoor and outdoor athletic areas. The school is on track to be LEED Gold certified, operates carbon neutral, and is Net Zero ready. NWESI provided Enhanced Monitoring-based Commissioning which ensures the building is operating at maximum efficiency and that all systems are optimized.
