The new 48,000 sf Mountain America Center features an arena and convention center. The Hero Arena can hold up to 6,000 people and will host concerts, expos, concessions, sporting events and tournaments and is equipped with state-of-the-art video and audio systems. The center also features meeting space, three 1½ story convention rooms, and five flexible meeting rooms to accommodate corporate events, conferences, and trade shows. In addition, great thought was put into the air infiltration system. Seven air handling units were installed that contain ultraviolet germicidal irradiation (UVGI) lights that zap airborne pathogens.
NWESI provided Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) services for the air distribution systems.
