The Theater Arts Building located on Humboldt State University campus in Arcata, California, holds the main office for the HSU Department of Theater, Film, and Dance. Additionally, the John Van Duzer Theatre with a seating capacity of 862, is also housed here.
The scope of this project consisted of the retrofit of existing hydronic heating air handlers. In addition, a gas heating/DX cooling packaged air conditioning unit was installed. The supply outlets and exhaust inlets indicated in the mechanical details were balanced to the airflow required.
