Chobani’s state-of-the-art facility spans one million square feet, and contains Chobani’s Global Research and Development Center, completed in the summer of 2019. This location also provides a community and innovation center with spaces for kitchens and exercise.
The HVAC for this project is provided by hydronic heating and cooling air handlers serving fan terminal units and active chilled beams. In addition, gas heating and DX cooling roof top units feed the pre kitchen and lab area.
