The Oboler Library was completed in 1977 with over 15 miles of book shelving. This building serves as the main library for Idaho State University and is the largest academic building in the state. With an aging HVAC system, the hydronic distribution systems were tested and balanced where applicable and final adjustments were made in accordance with NEBB Procedural standards for Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing.
