Laila joined NWESI in 2022 to assist the Administration department. With experience from a previous internship focusing on recruitment, and a degree in Human Resources, Laila is bringing new ideas and energy to the HR role. She hopes to gain more experience in all aspects of HR, including benefits, recruitment, and training. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, art, and is a coach for the Hillsboro Heat Swim Team.
