PCC Sylvania remodeled the existing South Classroom Building, and added an adjacent, new two-story building which houses the Child Development Center. The Child Development Center offers child care services for enrolled students, and also incorporates learning opportunities for students enrolled in the Early Education Program.
NWESI’s scope of work included commissioning of building HVAC equipment and controls, domestic hot water, and lighting controls.
