Central Valley School District: Chester Elementary School

The newly renovated 62,300sf Chester Elementary School is one of six CVSD schools renovated in the last 6 years. This was possible by a $121.9M bond passed in 2015.

The renovations consisted of complete remodel & expansion including: new gym, multi-purpose room, internal walls for safety, classrooms sized for full-day kindergarten, and safety/security.

Scope: Complete remodel & expansion including: new gym, multi-purpose room, internal walls for safety, classrooms sized for full-day kindergarten, and safety/security. The commissioning scope included lighting systems for all rooms, roof top units, fan coil units, exhaust fans, energy recovery units, heating and cooling pumps, water pumps, outside air variable air volume (vav’s), boilers, and chiller.
