CareOregon

At this location, CareOregon updated their building cooling system by replacing their 200 ton chiller with a new Multistack unit. CareOregon, located on SW 5th Street, Portland, is a not-for-profit organization committed to improving and protecting the health of low income and vulnerable Oregonians.

Scope: NWESI provided TAB services that included extensive pre-construction survey of existing system performance, and final measurements and balancing of new equipment and integration with existing equipment. Pre-construction survey information was used to evaluate existing equipment as well as to match design information for current building systems operation.
