Russ’ career started working at AIR in the mid-90’s (now a division of NWESI). With 20 years of experience he has crafted his skills in: air and water balancing of HVAC systems, project management, supervision, project quoting, troubleshooting of mechanical systems, Retro-Commissioning, Cleanroom Performance Testing and verification, and adjusting of semiconductor tool exhaust.  He is very well rounded with knowledge of HVAC controls and software. He is responsible for air balance work on all equipment types including air handling and makeup air units, exhaust fans, VAV systems, fan walls, and system leakage testing.  Russ is married and has a step daughter. Russ enjoys wine tasting, golfing, camping, and watching his daughter play club soccer. He is also an avid home theater and computer building enthusiast.
