UO: Ford Alumni Center

The Ford Alumni Center is new construction of a four-story, 60,000sf alumni facility located in the heart of the University of Oregon campus. The Ford Alumni Center (named after Cheryl Ramberg Ford & Allyn Ford) is located adjacent to the Matthew Knight Arena and is an impressive entry point to visitors.

The facility provides gathering space for events, state of the art technology, artifact displays and includes a welcoming lobby and lounge area, a ballroom, a garden courtyard and lawn, conference rooms, a boardroom, and multi-purpose rooms.

Scope: The buildings HVAC system include variable volume terminal units with hot water reheat coils serving individual offices.  The main office areas are served by underfloor plenum supply diffusers.
