Located on the coast of Oregon, Peace Harbor provides medical care to the Florence, Oregon area. It contains general medical and surgical, and outpatient services. AIR Introduction & Regulation applied TAB on the HVAC systems for the Sterile Processing Equipment Replacement project.
Scope: The systems tested include 7 existing terminal units with hot water reheat coils, existing return grilles, and 3 new exhaust fans. Final room pressures and air changes were recorded for 11 rooms, and the overall HVAC systems balanced out the design criteria.
