Every year, NWESI holds a “Where in the World” competition that urges our employees to submit their photos sporting NWESI gear from vacations, trips, and other activities. These photos are compiled and it culminates in a vote at our annual company meeting where the winner receives a prize for their next trip. This year our meeting was virtual, but still contributed to our team building with a variety of games and conversation.
