Part of the Clackamas Community College campus, the Harmony West facility replaced the Dale Ickes Junior high building to expand CCC’s educational offerings. Its three floors contain classrooms, labs, and other student space. This building is focused on general education and health science. Completed in 2017, this project participated in Energy Trust of Oregon’s path to net zero.
Scope: The Inici Group was contracted to be the projects commissioning provider. While Inici’s approach and scope was focused on the building as a whole, Inici brought NWESI onboard to support commissioning of the HVAC systems during the functional testing phase of the project. NWESI provided technical and troubleshooting support to the final phase of the project.
