How long have you been with NWESI?
What is your primary role at NWESI and what does it cover?
I’m currently the Client Relations Administrator, which covers client outreach and making sure every client is 100% happy with the service we provide. My role includes working with our division project teams by evaluating company client goal achievements and supporting client interactions, as well as maintaining our client database, tracking marketing & tradeshow events. My role is 100% remote.
What led you here?
Since I got back into the workforce in 2007 after being a stay-at-home mom for most of 20 years, I was primarily at the front desk of law offices before coming to NWESI in that role in Feb of 2014. I was at the front desk at NWESI too, for about 5 years before moving into BD in 2018.
What has been a personal or professional growth that’s happened since you’ve been here?
By stepping into this role, I have been able to sharpen some of my natural soft skills and expand my ability to ask for important information while respecting boundaries and not being intrusive.
If there’s a favorite part of your work, what is it, and why?
I have absolutely loved developing direct relationships with our clients! Most of our clients love the expertise we bring to solve their facility challenges and some of them have been working with us for decades! It has made me extremely proud to be on the NWESI team!
Do you have any outside hobbies? If so, what draws you to them?
I’m a big fan of personal growth and self-awareness practices. One of my favorite things to do is to meet new people and have deep conversations about what’s important to them. My all-time favorite conversation is to hear stories of how they have overcome some of their biggest challenges, how that helps them today and if there is a God-connection to any of that for them.
