The level of detail and information included in our reports establishes a baseline of performance for systems. This detail allows building owners and operators to refer to our reports to help troubleshoot systems performance and restore operating conditions after maintenance activities have been performed.

Our reports are formatted to provide a logical progression of the information contained. We provide reports in printed and/or electronic format. We include a complete table of contents, scope of services description, executive summary, engineering data, drawings, recommendations and conclusions.

We place great importance on the integrity and quality of the data and information we provide in our reports and any related communications. All of our employees are held accountable for the quality of reporting that documents their work, but we still have an objective staff person review the work for completeness, accuracy and clarity.
