Challenge: Provide Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) services for this 115,000 Sq. Ft. new office building owned by the State of Oregon. The schedule for delivery of the TAB services was very tight. Facility utilizes a raised under floor supply air delivery system requring substantial competition of the TAB efforts prior to occupancy.

Solution: Working for the Commissioning Authority on this project, we identify issues early on that impacted systems performance both from the design and the installation aspects and the delivery of our services.

Result: Working with all team members, critical issues affecting system performance were resolved allowing us to substantially complete the TAB of the HVAC systems allowing for occupancy of the facility to occur as expected.
