
At NWESI, when we refer to "experience" we're talking about a combination of many important factors. Our long history in the field certainly plays an important part in the equation. But to get the full picture, you have to consider our emphasis on hiring only the best in the country. Then keep in mind that more than 50 percent of our staff are either registered professional engineers or engineers-in-training. (Compare that to the standard of 20 percent.) We consider the spectrum of industries in which we work to be another element that's worth a lot. That's because we can bring learnings from one industry to bear in anotherthat 'cross-pollination' adds a level of richness to our ability to interpret and solve a wide variety of scenarios.
