About: Company Structure

NWESI was founded by and is managed by mechanical engineers. The company utilizes three primary levels of management. The President is responsible for the overall management of the company and directly supervises the Manager of Field Operations, Principal Engineer, Director of Business Development and the Vice President of Finance & Administration.

Project Managers, who are supervised by the Manager of Field Operations, are assigned based on their area of expertise, relative to the project at hand. The Project Manager is responsible for a project from start to finish, providing the client with a single point of contact and accountability. The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of a job, including scheduling, finance, scope negotiations, task assignments and administration. The Manager of Field Operations and the Principal Engineer provide support for these functions. Specifically, the Manager of Field Operations will provide the necessary resources, labor and equipment. The Principal Engineer provides technical assistance and verifies the quality of the work.
