| Expertise: | Roy joined Northwest Engineering Service, Inc. in 1968. He has a wide range of experience in testing, balancing and commissioning of HVAC systems and has extensive troubleshooting and problem solving expertise, especially with controls systems. He has supervised many large and small projects over the years from commercial and institutional to high technology. Roy is involved with monitoring job progress, providing engineering support, report review, developing and managing computer hardware and software. |
