| Expertise: | Joe joined Northwest Engineering Service, Inc. in 1989. He served as our Senior Engineer and then as our Principal Engineer prior to becoming President in 2003. His expertise includes hands-on commissioning of various mechanical systems and facilities, managing complex projects and project teams, and involvement in projects from design review to post occupancy and retro-commissioning. As a leader in the commissioning field, Joe has served on the national ASHRAE technical committee to re-write the commissioning guidelines, and has spoken on the benefits and process of commissioning and TAB to owners, facilities groups, and peers. |

| Interests: | Joe enjoys Hockey as a player, coach, and spectator and is currently Assistant Coach for the Eugene's Midget (17 and under) Ice Hockey Team. When not running circles on the ice, Joe is running circles on his vintage motorcycles. He is a Life Member of the American Motorcyclist Association and has a special interest in British Bikes and Vintage Dirt-Track Racing. |
