Expertise:	Kevin has been with Northwest Engineering Service, Inc. since 1997, and in the mechanical systems, energy efficiency, and building quality control industry since 1992. He has experience in commissioning, troubleshooting of mechanical systems, cleanroom performance testing, project supervision, air and hydronic test and balance, and monitoring of electrical power and building operation. Kevin has particular knowledge in monitoring and controls.
