Education: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Idaho, 1994
Qualifications: -- Registered as Professional Engineer (PE), Mechanical Engineering, in the State of Oregon (2002) and Idaho (2005)
-- LEED TM Accredited Professional, Version 2.0
-- Certified Qualified Commissioning Provider (Univ. of Wisconsin)
Expertise: Jerry joined Northwest Engineering Service, Inc. in 1995 and is experienced in all phases of building mechanical systems commissioning, air and hydronic test and balance, and cleanroom performance testing. He has performed evaluations and troubleshooting on numerous HVAC systems. His commissioning duties have included project management, design review, submittal review, control point-to-point verification, writing and performing functional acceptance tests and performance tests, installation review, initial start-up, running commissioning meetings, training and report writing. Jerry has functional testing experience with a number of control systems, including: Johnson Metasys, Siemens Apogee, Trane Tracer Summit, Allerton IBEX & BacTalk, Barber Colman Micronet/Microflo & Mnetci, American Automatrix, Andover Continuum, and Automated Logic.
