Challenge: Provide TAB services for two new two-story office buildings with a total of 53,000 Sq. Ft. The mechanical systems consisted of multiple single-zone water source heat pumps. The water source was common between all heat pumps in each building allowing for heat recovery as well as providing supplemental energy addition/removal with a boiler and closed cooling tower. Heat recovery was also provided in the central station exhaust and ventilation air handlers. The buildings employed many "green" design principles and the operational efficiency of these buildings was very important to ODOF.

Solution: NWESI worked closely with the contractors and the ODOF to identify and resolve several equipment, installation, and operational issues.

Result: Several of the issues identified during the course of our work were not completely resolved, however, the systems performance was optimized with in there limits.
